Scheduling & Attendance
Driving lessons are provided by appointment and are subject to instructor availability. Students are expected to arrive on time, possess all required documentation, and participate responsibly throughout each lesson.
Payments
Payment for lessons, service packages, road test appointments, and related services must be completed according to the selected purchase option. Pricing, promotional offers, and service availability may change without prior notice.
Road Test Services
Road test scheduling, vehicle rental, and examination-day assistance are offered to support students throughout the licensing process. Final licensing decisions, examination procedures, and testing requirements remain exclusively under the authority of the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles.
Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for maintaining valid driving documentation, following instructor guidance, operating vehicles safely, respecting school property, and demonstrating responsible conduct throughout every lesson.
Refunds

Limitation of Liability
While our instructors are dedicated to preparing every student for success, Canseco Enterprise Driving School Corp. does not guarantee successful completion of any DMV examination or the issuance of a driver's license.
